Price Rite and PepsiCo joined Feed the Children, The Salvation Army and Providence Rescue Mission to lend a hand to families in need this week. Donations of food essentials were donated to a total of 1,600 families in Brockton, MA and Johnston, RI, communities that are also home to Price Rite stores.

Price Rite and ConAgra join Feed the Children and Syracuse Northeast Community Center to lend a hand to Syracuse-areafamilies on Wednesday, June 24th, at 10 AM.At the event, a total of 800 families will receive food and essentials filling two Feed the Children trailers at the Price Rite of Syracuse (1625 Erie Blvd.).Additional local community partners will be on hand to help address families’ long-term needs by providing information and resources for a brighter future.

Niagara Bottling LLC has issued a voluntary recall of multiple brands of bottled spring water due to possible E. coli contamination. No complaints of illness or injury have been associated with this recall at this time.  The recall was issued out of an abundance of caution.

PRICERITE TO OPEN IN LEBANON PENNSYLVANIA

PriceRite announced today that it will celebrate the opening of its 58th store and newest clean, fresh and friendly location in Lebanon, Pennsylvania with a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, June 23rd at 9 AM. Mayor Sherry Capello, along with other city and county officials are scheduled to attend and cut the ribbon on the brand new 42,000 square foot store.

Price Rite will present a check in the amount of $46,500 to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank on Thursday, June 25th at 10 AM. This outstanding donation was raised as a part of the annual Check-Out Hunger fundraising campaign.
